Scott was appointed to the position of National Operations Manager in November 2006. In this role Scott heads a team of 14 employees including regional managers and human resource consultants.

The store operations department is responsible for the implementation and training of TWC brand strategies into existing pharmacies and ensuring uniformity in the setup of new TWC franchises.

Scott spent five years as Victorian State Manager for National Pharmacies prior to joining the TWC Network business.

Scott has a Diploma in Business Administration from Latrobe University.

Tanya joined TWC GIL as Chief Financial Officer in August 2009 and brings to the group more than 16 years experience in finance related roles.

She started her career in finance with KPMG in South Africa and was involved in diverse industries, including post production and mining, before becoming Financial Director of Computicket. Prior to moving to Australia, Tanya worked for the Vodacom Group and held the Financial Director role in their service provider business, Vodac and their internet business, Vodacom World Online.

After migrating to Australia with her family, Tanya was employed by international jewellery retailer Michael Hill International Limited as Group Financial Manager.

Tanya is a member of the South African and Australian Institutes of Chartered Accountants and holds Bachelor Degrees in Accounting (Hons) and Commerce from the University of Witwatersrand (South Africa). 

Chris joined the Terry White Chemists group as National Franchise Development Manager in June 2003. With 16 years experience in the natural health and pharmacy industries Chris is at the coalface of growing the national network of Terry White Chemists franchises.

Prior to joining TWM, Chris spent four years with Symbion in a variety of roles including Business Development Manager of Wholesale Sales in Victoria and National Recruitment Manager Medicine Shoppe Australia. During a five year period as Business Development Manager (Victoria) for Bullivants Natural Health Products, Chris guided the brand’s successful expansion into pharmacy.

Chris holds a Diploma of Business (Franchising) from the Australian Institute of Management/Franchise Council of Australia and an Executive Certificate Accounting and Certificate of Nutrition and Health from Monash University.

He is a former member of the Pharmacy Guild of Australia Franchise Committee.

Yvonne joined TWC GIL in February 2010 to manage the capital raising project and then to oversee strategy development and implementation within the TWC GIL Corporate Group focused on opportunities to capture further margin across the value chain through strategic alliances, joint ventures and acquisitions.

With more than 13 years experience in the areas of corporate strategy, business development, marketing and corporate affairs, Yvonne has held senior roles with a number of organisations including Energex Limited, Telstra, Medibank Private and the Snowy Mountains Hydro-electric Authority.

Prior to joining TWC GIL, Yvonne was focused on the development and implementation of complex strategic change programs. This included developing the group strategy and transformational change program for the Uniting Care Queensland group of organisations and overseeing a change program for Babcock & Brown Power.

Yvonne has a Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Business Communication (with Distinction) and a Masters of Business Administration. 

Jane was appointed to the position of information Technology Manager on 1 December 2009.

Prior to her appointment, Jane was Information Systems Manager with Michael Hill International Limited (MHI), a retail jewellery chain listed on the New Zealand Stock Exchange.

Jane’s responsibilities with MHI included the maintenance, development and management of the company’s buying and distribution systems for 200 stores across Australia, New Zealand and Canada.

Previous to joining MHI, Jane had roles with Litmus and Ernst and Young which included the provision of consultancy services to clients such as Energex, Optus, Cellular One, QR and RACQ.

Jane holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from the University of Queensland.
